Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Heart & Sole Run/Walk at Goodyear Ballpark Run or Walk to Compete, or for Healthy Fun Choose an event to challenge yourself, the 5K Run/Walk or the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk - or just come and cheer on others. Registration is required for participants. All participants will receive a t-shirt, ribbon, goodies and refreshments. Early bird registration is $20 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 mile, if participants register before February 5th, 2011. After February 5th, registration is $25 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 mile. There is no cost for spectators. The Goodyear Ballpark (1933 South Ballpark Way, Goodyear, AZ 85338) will have music, vendor booths and food concessions.

Saturday, October 23, 2010 CrossFit Fury's 3rd Annual Furious Fundraiser CrossFit Fury is hosting its 3rd Annual Furious Fundraiser benefiting the family of fallen Phoenix Police Officer, Travis Murphy on Saturday, October 23, 2010. The event will kick off with a 5k race open to the public at 8am and also include a kids fun run and 2 CrossFit Workouts as part of our Rubber Chicken competition. The day will be a family fun event with a bounce house, face painter, a guest appearance by the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters and animals from the World Wildlife Zoo. The race took runners, joggers, and walkers through four West Valley cities noted for their ever increasing culture, professional sports venues, shopping adventures, and fine family living.
